SAFAR – The Journey from Introspection to Elevation marks a special milestone in Jeevan Jaach’s journey, our 5th Annual Celebration and the first-ever offline celebration of our growing global community.
This event is a heartfelt tribute to the values Jeevan Jaach has cultivated over the years: self-awareness, service, spiritual and mental upliftment. SAFAR brings together students, educators, volunteers, and performers from across India, while our international learners join virtually from countries like the USA and Australia.
Gracing the occasion will be dignitaries from esteemed educational institutions, representatives from prominent Gurudwaras, and long-standing mentors and supporters who have been an integral part of this journey. We’re also proud to feature inspiring individuals from our own community who are excelling in diverse fields, be it as lawyers, pilots, artists, entrepreneurs, businessmen, and more—each embodying the spirit of growth, seva, and excellence that Jeevan Jaach stands for.

Capt. Harkirpal Singh
Meet Captain Harkirpal Singh, a Senior Pilot with over 15 years of flying experience. With a B.Sc. in Aviation and pilot training from the USA, he has been living his dream of soaring the skies while proudly representing his Sikhi identity. Captain Harkirpal believes in the power of determination and encourages aspiring pilots to stay committed, seek support, and never give up. DR.Amarjit Singh
We’re pleased to welcome Amarjit Singh, CEO of NeuEra Pharm Tech Services, with over 40 years of rich experience across the pharmaceutical industry, research, and global operations. A Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Punjab University, Dr. Singh has held key leadership roles at renowned companies like Sandoz/Novartis, Johnson & Johnson, and Sun Pharma. He is a recognized leader in bringing affordable, highquality medicines to those in need and has contributed extensively through research, patents, and professional associations. Rooted in Sikh values like Seva, Nishchaye, and Kirat, Dr. Singh’s career reflects dedication, innovation, and service to society.
Mr.Harkirath Bhui
Please welcome Mr.Harkirath Bhui, a talented Indian Cinematographer and Steadicam operator known for his impactful visual storytelling in films like Jawan, Gadar, Kesari Chapter 2, and upcoming titles like Tanvi the Great and Saiyaara. Based in Mumbai, he has worked with top production houses like Yash Raj Films and Dharma Productions. Proudly representing his Sikh identity on set, Harkirath is admired not just for his creative work, but also for his dignified presence. He believes in rising every day with hard work, dedication, and focus—truly living his “Safar” of continuous growth.
Dr. Amandeep Kaur Bindra
We’re delighted to welcome Dr. Amandeep Kaur Bindra, a dedicated Dentist with over 15 years of experience, currently practicing in Balewadi, Pune. A graduate of Santosh Dental College with additional training from AIIMS Delhi, she is passionate about transforming lives through oral health. Originally from Faridabad, Dr. Bindra blends science, empathy, and art in her practice, which she proudly named Pride Dental Care, symbolizing her journey and identity as a Kaur. She’s also a creative soul who enjoys teaching, painting, and singing, and is always ready to guide aspiring dental professionals
Mr. Manmohan Singh
Please welcome Mr. Manmohan Singh, Group Chief Risk Officer at Angel One Ltd., where he leads the enhancement of risk management in the fastevolving fintech space. A Chartered Accountant and certified Financial Risk Manager, he brings over 20 years of experience across banking, insurance, and investments. He has previously held key leadership roles at Aditya Birla Capital, Fincare Small Finance Bank, IDFC FIRST Bank, and Yes Bank. Known for aligning risk strategy with business growth, Mr. Singh is committed to building resilient frameworks and driving excellence in financial risk management.

We’re honored to welcome Shri Paramjeet Singh, retired Principal Commissioner of Income Tax and a 1992-batch IRS officer who took voluntary retirement in 2024 to dedicate himself fully to social service. He is the Managing Trustee of DBM India, an NGO that has empowered thousands through education, meals, vocational training, and scholarships over the past 17 years. He is also the Founder of EduSikh, an initiative focused on supporting Sikh students and promoting Punjabi language and literature. A passionate author, he has written “Legacies of the Homeland” and co-authored “Seeking Nanak”.With over 30 years of experience in the telecom industry, he has also held leadership roles in major organizations like Airtel, Tata, Ericsson, and now serves as Head of Services at Vedang Cellular. Mr. Tejinder Singh
Let’s welcome Mr. Tejinder Singh, a seasoned telecom professional with over 30 years of experience in top organizations like Airtel, Tata, Ericsson, Indus Towers, and CloudExtel. Currently serving as Head of Services at Vedang Cellular, he has played a key role in rolling out 3G, 4G, and 5G networks and expanding telecom infrastructure across India. His efforts were pivotal in ensuring uninterrupted connectivity during the COVID-19 crisis and in advancing the Digital India mission. He is also the first to register a marriage under the Sikh Anand Karaj Act in Mumbai and is associated with M3 Business Mentors Pvt. Ltd. Please give a warm welcome to Mr. Tejinder Singh!
Ms. Tithi Kaur
Please welcome Ms. Tithi Kaur, a practicing advocate and Vice President – Legal and Compliance at DM Rubber Pvt. Ltd. Her legal journey began at the Bombay High Court, followed by impactful work in healthcare law at Indira IVF. Known for her legal expertise and strong sense of social justice, Tithi offers free legal aid and mentors aspiring lawyers. Deeply inspired by the spirit of langar, she also distributes home-cooked meals to those in need. For her, SAFAR is a journey of resilience, learning, and lifting others along the way. Mr. Alok Singh
Let’s warmly welcome Mr. Alok Singh, Scientist/Engineer ‘SF’ at ISRO’s Liquid Propulsion Systems Centre. A Chandigarh native and alumnus of Punjab Engineering College—alma mater of Kalpana Chawla—he has been instrumental in developing liquid rocket engines for landmark ISRO missions like Mangalyaan and Chandrayaan 1, 2, and 3. Recipient of the Young Scientist Award and Team Excellence Award, Alok is now contributing to future missions like Gaganyaan. Beyond science, he’s committed to service—teaching kids through NGOs and Kiddie Sangat classes in Mumbai. For him, SAFAR is about embracing the journey with purpose and passion.
