Healing Space - Weekly Open Forum

It is a free-flowing, interactive online gathering held every Thursday, designed as an emotional safe haven for sharing, listening, and healing together.

- Encourages open, empathetic conversations.
- Includes mindfulness exercises and grounding techniques.
- Helps participants feel seen, heard, and supported.
- Not a therapy session, but a therapeutic and healing environment.
